AuctVault is an aggregator
AuctVault helps users discover auction and marketplace listings. We are not the auctioneer, seller, bidder, payment processor, appraiser, authenticator, or a party to a transaction. Any bid, registration, payment, shipping, return, tax, dispute, or purchase is governed by the external platform's terms.
Listing information and currency conversions
Titles, photos, estimates, prices, dates, availability, descriptions, and seller details are obtained from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Currency conversions are indicative only. Verify all material information on the seller's website before acting.
No professional advice or guarantee
Content is provided for discovery and general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, authentication, grading, or valuation advice. AuctVault does not guarantee authenticity, condition, provenance, availability, seller performance, auction outcome, or investment value.
Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Information you provide must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. You retain ownership of your submitted content while granting AuctVault permission to host, format, display, and promote it for operating the service. We may moderate or remove content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, automate abusive traffic, inflate click analytics, scrape in violation of applicable restrictions, impersonate others, upload malicious material, or interfere with other users. We may restrict access to protect AuctVault and its partners.
Affiliate relationships
Some outbound links are affiliate or tracked links. AuctVault may receive compensation when you click, register, bid, or purchase. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features. AuctVault is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on third-party listings, external services, transactions, outages, or unauthorized access beyond obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
