Cookie Policy
AuctVault uses cookies and similar browser storage to provide essential functions and, only with permission, measure site usage.
Essential storage
Supabase authentication cookies keep signed-in sessions secure and are necessary when you use account features.
auctvault-currency remembers your selected display currency for up to one year.
auctvault-session assigns a random identifier for privacy-conscious outbound click measurement and fraud prevention for up to one year.
auctvault-analytics-consent is local browser storage that remembers whether you accepted analytics.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is configured, it is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” Google Analytics may then use identifiers such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and produce aggregate usage reports. Provider-controlled durations can be up to two years.
Managing your choice
You can select “Essential only” in the consent notice and use your browser controls to delete or block cookies and site storage. Clearing AuctVault site data resets your choice so the notice appears again. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, currency preferences, or security features from working correctly.
External websites
When you follow a lot to an auction house or marketplace, that external service may set its own cookies. AuctVault does not control those cookies; review the destination platform's policy.
